Winter 2018 - Define mission, vision and values. Organize into working groups to tackle policies, operations and outreach.

Spring 2019 - Draft crowdfunding campaign. Start community surveys. Establish partnerships with community organizations and engage neighbors in planning. √

Summer 2019 - Build crowdfunding campaign. Continue community outreach and surveys. √

Fall 2019 - Set up tool inventory/membership software and start data entry. Build out library storage. Launch crowdfunding campaign.

Winter 2019 - Close crowdfunding campaign and purchase tools. Open house events and membership drive. Grand opening party. Start lending tools!
