Jan / Feb - Define mission, vision and values. Organize into working groups to tackle policies, operations and outreach.

March / April - Draft crowdfunding campaign. Start community surveys. Establish partnerships with community organizations and engage neighbors in planning. √

May / June - Launch crowdfunding campaign. Continue community outreach and surveys.

July / Aug - Set up tool inventory/membership software and start data entry. Build out library storage. Close crowdfunding campaign and purchase tools.

Sept / Oct - Open house events and membership drive. Grand opening party. Start lending tools!
